5-Point Lookout Brass Gang

I haven’t been around much this summer because I’ve been doing mostly private events and gigging with Lettuce and Soulive, two of the best funk bands around. Now I am settling back into the fall/winter schedule and will be playing a lot more locally at various Providence hotspots.
My latest venture is at the new Fete music club in Olneyville on Monday nights from 9-12. It is a New Orleans style brass band with a tuba bass called “5-Point Lookout Brass Gang”! We do a lot of traditional N.O. tunes, but because the band comes from R.I. we are doing some local styles as well such as Cape Verdean, Dominican, funk, hip-hop, etc… Come on down and party with us while I do high kicks and throw down some serious stuff! This is not a listening gig!
